Job Summary
Employnet is seeking dependable and hardworking Pickers to join the team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment and committed to maintaining accuracy and productivity while fulfilling orders.
Job Duties and Responsibilities

• 
  Pick products and items according to customer orders and picking lists.
  
• 
  Verify item numbers, quantities, and product descriptions for accuracy.
  
• 
  Prepare picked items for packing, shipping, or distribution.
  
• 
  Operate scanners and other warehouse equipment as needed.
  
• 
  Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area.
  
• 
  Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies.
  
• 
  Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals.
  
• 
  Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
  

Qualifications

• 
  Previous warehouse or order-picking experience preferred but not required.
  
• 
  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  
• 
  Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  
• 
  Reliable attendance and punctuality.
  
• 
  Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift.
  
• 
  Ability to lift and move items as required by the position.
  
• 
  Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  

Schedules:

Sunday-Thursday

Monday-Friday

8:00am-4:30pm
