About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Picker/Packer to join our warehouse team in North Las Vegas. This role focuses on fulfilling customer orders efficiently through picking, packing, and supporting warehouse operations. The position requires physical activity and attentiveness to safety and procedural guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform order picking and packing using warehouse tools and processes
• Rotate frequently between tasks such as pick, pack, and cleaning duties
• Follow written instructions accurately to ensure correct order fulfillment
• Stand for extended periods (8-12 hours) and perform reaching, squatting, and walking activities
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
• Support warehouse operations by adhering to safety and procedural guidelines

Required Qualifications

• Ability to stand, walk, reach, and squat for 8-12 hours per day
• Basic computer skills
• Experience in warehouse functions such as picking, packing, and general warehouse tasks
• Willingness to rotate between different tasks and assignments
• Capable of handling up to 30 lbs
