Picker/Packer (First Shift)

INDU-ELECTRIC Gerber GmbH, an electronics manufacturing company, is hiring a Picker/Packer (First Shift) in Columbus, OH. This full-time position offers $22–$25 per hour. No previous experience is required. Training is provided. Work takes place during daytime hours.

Duties

• Gather electrical components for orders
• Check part numbers against pick lists
• Pack finished products securely
• Prepare cartons for outgoing shipments
• Scan items into inventory systems
• Separate orders by shipping priority
• Maintain clean packing stations

Requirements

• No warehouse experience needed
• Basic reading and math skills
• Ability to follow packing instructions
• Careful handling of small components
• Good organizational skills
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work on a team
