Schedule: Monday - Friday | 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM

About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and team-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our distribution team in Henderson, NV. This position involves restocking inventory and preparing products for shipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The focus is on handling large and seasonal items with care and in adherence to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Replenish inventory in designated storage areas, including large and seasonal products such as snow boots and snowboards.
• Safely lift, carry, and position items weighing up to 40 lbs. with proper technique.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
• Follow all safety protocols and warehouse procedures diligently.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
• Assist in preparing products for shipment and restocking shelves as directed.

Required Qualifications

• Ability to read, speak, and understand English.
• Physically capable of lifting and maneuvering items up to 40 lbs..
• Dependable and punctual with reliable attendance.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and warehouse protocols.
• Pass a background check and E-Verify process prior to employment.
• Complete and sign required documentation at the branch before starting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations, stocking, shipping & receiving, or general labor roles.
• Knowledge of inventory replenishment processes and warehouse safety standards.
