Client: Heavy Machine Manufacturing Company
Duration: 3 Months – Possible Extension
Location: Lathrop, CA 95330
Shift: 1st Shift | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM | Monday–Friday
Overtime: Must be willing to work OT, including Saturdays

Job Description
Responsible for picking, packing, sorting, storing, and preparing parts for shipment in a manufacturing/warehouse environment.
Responsibilities
· Pick, pack, sort, store, and prepare parts for shipment.
· Move and position loads using a crane and order picker.
· Assist and provide guidance to other team members.
· Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
· Follow safety procedures and written work instructions.
· Work accurately with close tolerances.

Qualifications
· High School Diploma/GED required.
· 1+ year of manufacturing experience preferred.
· Good attendance and reliability.
· Ability to work safely and efficiently.
· Strong attention to detail.
· Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical Requirements
· Lift up to 50 lbs.
· Stand for extended periods.
· Frequent bending, stooping, walking, and kneeling.
Safety Equipment
· Metatarsal boots
· Gloves
· Ear plugs
· Safety glasses
· Bump cap
Note: Company provides all required PPE except metatarsal safety boots.
