Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment based on customer requests.
Utilize handheld scanners or other technology to track inventory and manage orders.
Ensure that all picked items are in good condition and match the order specifications.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
Report any discrepancies or issues with inventory or orders to the supervisor promptly.
Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while operating equipment within the warehouse.

Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order picking and packing.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality.
Basic math skills for inventory management and order verification.
Good communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift items throughout the shift.
Familiarity with warehouse operations or experience as an order picker is a plus but not required.
