Job Description
Personnel Options is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Pickers and Packers to assist with daily warehouse operations. Candidates will be responsible for accurately selecting, packing, labeling, and preparing products for shipment while maintaining productivity, quality, and safety standards.
Job Responsibilities
Pick products from designated warehouse locations according to order sheets or RF scanner instructions.
Pack products securely and accurately for shipment.
Verify product numbers, quantities, and order accuracy.
Label packages and prepare orders for shipping.
Inspect products for damage or defects before packing.
Use RF scanners and other warehouse equipment as required.
Move, sort, and organize products and materials throughout the warehouse.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Meet established production goals and quality standards.
Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and supervisor instructions.
Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Previous warehouse, picking, packing, or distribution experience is required.
Ability to read order sheets, follow instructions, and pay attention to detail.
Basic computer or RF scanner skills are required.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
Ability to lift and move products according to job requirements.
Dependable attendance and punctuality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
