Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Order Puller to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring customer satisfaction by efficiently picking and packing orders. Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and pack customer orders in a timely manner.

• Ensure items are properly labeled and packaged according to company standards.

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

• Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy of orders before shipping.

• Follow safety protocols and guidelines while handling products.

• Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs as part of daily tasks.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Reliable and punctual with a solid work ethic.

• Prior experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is a plus but not required.

Schedule

• Days: Monday through Friday

• Hours: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM

Compensation

• Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour

• Bonus Opportunity: Employees who meet production goals are eligible for a monthly performance bonus.
