Your Role
As a Pilates Instructor, you'll lead apparatus-based group classes using Balanced Body reformers, EXO chairs, springboards, TRX, ballet barres, and more. Your mission: to empower clients of all levels with safe, challenging, and motivating workouts in a supportive environment.

What Were Looking For
- Certified in full apparatus Pilates (450+ hours or equivalent)
- Group reformer instruction experience
- A positive, energetic, and motivational presence
- Knowledge of classical exercises with a contemporary approach
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- Comfortable with or willing to learn club management software (e.g., ClubReady)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead high-quality Pilates group reformer classes
- Conduct private, semi-private, and demo sessions
- Maintain a safe, clean, and well-equipped studio
- Foster client engagement through check-ins and support
- Promote studio memberships, services, and retail
- Be a motivating and inspiring presence in every session
