Your Role

As a Pilates Instructor, you'll lead apparatus-based group classes using Balanced Body reformers, EXO chairs, springboards, TRX, ballet barres, and more. Your mission: to empower clients of all levels with safe, challenging, and motivating workouts in a supportive environment.

What Were Looking For

• Certified in full apparatus Pilates (450+ hours or equivalent)
• Group reformer instruction experience
• A positive, energetic, and motivational presence
• Knowledge of classical exercises with a contemporary approach
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
• Comfortable with or willing to learn club management software (e.g., ClubReady)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead high-quality Pilates group reformer classes
• Conduct private, semi-private, and demo sessions
• Maintain a safe, clean, and well-equipped studio
• Foster client engagement through check-ins and support
• Promote studio memberships, services, and retail
• Be a motivating and inspiring presence in every session
