Responsibilities:
Lead Reformer-based Pilates classes for a variety of fitness levels
Provide personalized guidance and adjustments to ensure client safety and success
Maintain a positive, supportive, and inclusive studio environment
Assist with client progress tracking and offer modifications as needed
Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional client experiences
