Pile Driving Superintendent – Heavy Civil / Marine Foundations

Seeking a hands-on Pile Driving Superintendent to lead deep foundation and piling operations on bridge, marine, and industrial projects throughout Louisiana.

Responsibilities:

• Lead all pile driving operations including steel, concrete, and sheet piling
• Coordinate crane crews, pile rigs, and marine/barge operations when required
• Ensure proper pile installation, alignment, and compliance with design specs
• Manage daily production, safety compliance, and equipment utilization
• Coordinate with engineers and inspectors on pile load testing and verification
• Maintain project schedule and resolve field installation challenges

Requirements:

• • 5–15+ years in pile driving or deep foundation construction
  • Experience with bridge, marine, or industrial foundation work preferred
  • Strong knowledge of pile driving equipment and methods
  • Ability to lead crews in high-risk, heavy equipment environments
  • OSHA safety focus and strong field decision-making skills
