Job Title- Pilot Plant Technician
Location: Bridgewater, NJ
Duration: 12 Months+ Contract
Work Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 4 × 10-hour shifts

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Pilot Plant Technician to support product development trials in a food manufacturing environment. The role involves preparing formulations, operating and sanitizing processing equipment, conducting quality control tests, and maintaining accurate batch records while following safety and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process product batches for pilot plant trials.

• Set up, operate, clean, and sanitize processing equipment.

• Perform quality tests, including pH, viscosity, and total solids.

• Document trial results, batch records, and material usage.

• Identify process deviations and report quality or safety concerns.

• Support inventory management, material handling, and equipment adjustments.

• Maintain compliance with food safety, GMP, and workplace safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Experience in food or pharmaceutical production.

• Knowledge of GMP, quality control, and production processes.

• Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with aseptic processing is a plus.
