Assist/support Lead Designer for piping, civil and mechanical drafting requirements
Assist in Piping Plan / Isometric generation.
Including but not limited to: Plot plans, piping plans, Isometrics, equipment, and P&ID's
3-D CAD Model design
Fluent with CADWorx, Plant, Equipment and P&ID
Work collaboratively with others in a team environment to accomplish objectives.
Verify accuracy and completeness of all deliverable products and services in assigned areas of responsibilities.
Requirements:
10-12 years industrial mechanical piping design experience
Experience providing engineering support for processing plants, compressor stations, and oil and gas projects. The most ideal candidate will come from a similar background and have recent pipe design experience.
Working knowledge of CADWorx and/or Autodesk 3D
Working knowledge of ASME / API Codes
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand, walk, or sit 1/3 to 2/3's of the scheduled work shift.
Ability to stoop, kneel, walk upstairs, talk, and hear.
Ability to reach with hands and arms, work with hands and fingers, and carry between 5 and 15 pounds periodically through the work shift.
Ability to compare, analyze, communicate, copy, coordinate, compute, evaluate and compile materials during the work shift.
Office environment - indoor with low to moderate levels of noise
May be required to observe construction progress outdoors by walking or driving to or on the site over rough or uneven terrain which may be dusty, muddy, wet, and noisy.
