Services Offered: 3D Laser Scanning Controls & Automation Construction Management Design & Drafting Engineering: Civil/Structural, Electrical, Mechanical, Process Functional Safety Information Technology Instrumentation On-Site Services Operations & Commissioning Support Procurement Project Management.Keystone Engineering is currently seeking Piping Design SupervisorPosition TypeFull timeWork Environment / Physical DemandsOffice/SedentaryTravel RequirementsOffice, sites visits requiredEssential FunctionsSupervise and mentor discipline staff.Responsible for recruiting, interviewing, and hiring discipline personnel.Responsible for interfacing with HR and addressing personnel issues including disciplinary action and termination where required.Conducts performance evaluations on staff personnel.Maintains a competent staff of drafters, designers, and checkers capable of working on multi-disciplined projectsResponsible for salary organization management for all drafting resources.Responsible for assigning work and staffing with drafting resources.Monitors drafting progress for all projects.Audits drawings on a regular basis for adherence to standards.Ensures all drawings are properly checked.Evaluates new CAD software as it becomes available on the market.Monitors, tracks, and ensures that all Nonconformance's identified within drafting are resolved satisfactorily.Schedules "Lunch and Learns" to further educate those within Drafting.Possesses an awareness of project schedule and budget.Experience Required20+ years of experiencePiping Design using AutoCAD, AutoCAD Plant 3D, CADWorx, LEM and CADPIPE.Iso/Plan Generation using AutoCAD Plant 3D and CADWorx.P&ID Isometric and Orthographic pick-ups using AutoCAD.Obtain measurements/Shoot elevations in field to ensure accurate piping design.Working knowledge of 3D Laser ScanningStrong written and verbal communication skillsSelf-motivated, creative, organized, and solution advocateApplicants must currently authorized to work in the U.S. for any employerExperience PreferredPrevious personnel management experience and skills preferredPiping/Mechanical field support to complete Construction /start-upEqual Opportunity Employer, including disabled and veterans.#J-18808-Ljbffr
