JOB SUMMARY 

Responsible for the quality, quantity and timeliness of menu items that come from our Pizza Oven stations. Pizza Cooks are responsible for preparing food in accordance with Parkhurst recipes, Culinary Gold Standards and Hospitality Imperatives under strict food safety conditions.

 

 ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS 

  1. Prepare all Pizza Oven menu items according to Parkhurst recipes.
  2. Ensure the quality of the food produced and maintain the quality and quantity of food throughout the service period.
  3. Produce pizza dough daily.
  4. Ensure proper line presentation: proper pans are used, pans are garnished, proper utensils are used according to recipe specifications, and food products are maintained at the proper serving temperatures as specified by recipes or management.
  5. Maintain an open line of communication with management, informing them of products and supplies needed.
  6. Follow the uniform dress code and maintain proper personal hygiene.
  7. Assist fellow team members at every opportunity.
  8. Perform any other duties as assigned by management.

  • Occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs.

The pay rate for this position is $15.50 / hour with a one dollar increase after 90 days.


?Full-time benefits include up to 160 hours of PTO (Sick & Safe Leave included), up to 4 days of Rest & Relaxation time, 3 paid holidays, health/dental/vision/disability/life/FSA insurance eligibility after 60 days, 401k plan with match, EAP, free meal while working, access to national discounts/perks platform.
