About the Role:
Daniela LLC is looking for a passionate and skilled Pizza Cook to join our kitchen team in Buffalo, NY! If you love crafting delicious pies and thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook pizzas and related menu items to order with consistency and quality
• Stretch, top, and bake pizzas according to established recipes and standards
• Manage pizza oven temperatures and cooking times to ensure perfect results
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation throughout each shift
• Monitor and restock ingredients, toppings, and prep items as needed
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth, timely food production during peak hours
• Follow all food safety and handling guidelines in compliance with health regulations

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a pizza cook, line cook, or in a similar kitchen role preferred
• Familiarity with pizza dough preparation, stretching techniques, and oven operation
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality and consistency
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper sanitation practices
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player with a positive attitude
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed
