Pizza - Customer Service - New Buffalo, Michigan

We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused team member to help create a positive experience for guests at our Papa's Pizza Restaurant. In this role, you will be an important part of the front-of-house team, assisting customers with orders, answering questions, and helping ensure every interaction is efficient, welcoming, and professional.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide attentive, courteous service in person and over the phone.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the point-of-sale system.
• Answer questions about menu items, ingredients, specials, and order status.
• Assist with order coordination to help ensure timely and accurate preparation and delivery.
• Handle payments, process transactions, and provide receipts as needed.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when appropriate.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front-counter or dining area.
• Support team members during busy periods and contribute to smooth daily operations.
• Follow company standards for food safety, cleanliness, and customer service.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, restaurant, or retail experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stay organized and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills and comfort handling cash and card transactions.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn menu items, systems, and service procedures.
