About the Role:
Fox's Pizza - Brookline is looking for a passionate and skilled Pizza Maker to join our team in Pittsburgh, PA! This is your chance to craft delicious, high-quality pizzas in a fast-paced, energetic kitchen environment. Responsibilities:

• Prepare and hand-stretch pizza dough to order specifications
• Apply sauces, cheeses, and toppings according to recipes and customer requests
• Operate and monitor pizza ovens to ensure proper cook times and temperatures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation throughout each shift
• Assist with ingredient prep, including slicing, portioning, and stocking toppings
• Ensure consistent food quality and presentation with every order
• Follow all food safety and health code guidelines

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a kitchen, pizzeria, or food service environment preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
• Food handler certification or willingness to obtain one
