Pizza Maker / Kitchen Team Member

The Dough Shed Pizzeria is looking for a dependable, hardworking Pizza Maker to join our team in West Jefferson! Full-time availability is preferred, but part-time opportunities are also available. We're primarily looking for team members who can work afternoon, evening, and weekend shifts.


We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys staying busy, and can work efficiently as part of a team. Previous kitchen or restaurant experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person! Dependability, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn are what matter most to us.


We offer $15–$18/hour, flexible scheduling, a free meal every shift, and opportunities for advancement. Starting pay is based on experience and qualifications, with opportunities for increases as you demonstrate your skills and performance.


And one of the best perks of restaurant work at The Dough Shed? No late nights! We close at 8 PM Sunday–Thursday and 9 PM Friday–Saturday.


What You'll Do

• Prepare dough and ingredients for daily service
  
  
• Make pizzas according to our recipes and standards
  
  
• Work efficiently and maintain quality during busy shifts
  
  
• Keep ingredients stocked and ready throughout your shift
  
  
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
  
  
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
  
  
• Work together with the rest of the team to keep things running smoothly
  
  
• Help with general kitchen and closing tasks as needed
