Responsibilities:- Prepare and stretch pizza dough to order according to restaurant standards
- Apply sauces, cheeses, and toppings with consistency and attention to detail
- Operate and monitor pizza ovens to ensure proper cook times and temperatures
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation throughout each shift
- Assist with daily prep work including dough production, sauce preparation, and ingredient portioning
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Follow all food safety and handling guidelines at all times
Requirements:- Prior experience in a pizza-making or kitchen role preferred
- Familiarity with traditional pizza dough handling and oven operation
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality and consistency
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Food handler certification or willingness to obtain one
