Key duties include preparing dough, monitoring ovens, stocking supplies, and ensuring quality and consistency for every pie.
Job Responsibilities
- Pizza Preparation: Stretch dough, apply sauce, add toppings, and bake pizzas according to standard recipes and quality.
- Ingredient Management: Prep ingredients, monitor freshness, label items, and help manage stock.
- Kitchen Operations:
Operate ovens, maintain a clean and sanitary workstation, and follow food safety/handling procedures

Order Fulfillment: Read order tickets, assemble pizzas, bag/tag orders, and assist with serving/delivery.
Customer Interaction (Optional): Take orders, answer questions, and handle transactions at the register.
