A national plaintiff practice devoted to mesothelioma and asbestos-cancer victims is adding a Plaintiff Attorney in Culver City, CA. Every matter is claimant-side toxic tort — work that helps seriously injured people and their families hold negligent companies accountable.

This is a full-time, in-office position in our Culver City office; some flexibility is available for attorneys who bring substantial asbestos litigation experience.

What You'll Handle:

- Move mesothelioma and asbestos matters through written discovery, motion practice, depositions, and pre-trial workup

- Run client intakes and reconstruct the medical and exposure histories that drive case value

- Shape litigation strategy alongside a close-knit team

What Fits This Role:

- Civil litigation experience, ideally plaintiff-side PI, mass tort, or toxic tort (asbestos a real plus)

- Active California bar, in good standing

- Sharp legal writing, methodical case management, and a genuine pull toward claimant work
