Plaintiff Attorney

An established national plaintiff firm dedicated to representing mesothelioma and asbestos-cancer victims is growing its Emeryville, CA office and seeking a Plaintiff Litigation Attorney. The practice is exclusively claimant-side toxic-tort work — meaningful advocacy for injured clients and their families.

What You'll Do:

- Manage plaintiff toxic-tort and asbestos cases through discovery, law and motion, depositions, and trial preparation

- Conduct client intakes, build medical and exposure histories, and develop case strategy

- Advocate for clients in mesothelioma and asbestos-cancer litigation

What We're Looking For:

- Litigation experience — ideally plaintiff-side personal injury, mass tort, or toxic tort (asbestos a strong plus)

- Active California bar

- Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills; genuine commitment to claimant-side work
