Job Title: Plaintiff Employment Class Action Attorney

Location: Fully Remote (With active California license) or Hybrid in Los Angeles or Emeryville, CA

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Plaintiff Employment Class Action Attorney to join a growing, employee-focused litigation team. This position is ideal for an attorney with experience handling wage and hour class actions and PAGA representative actions who is passionate about advocating for employees. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage plaintiff-side employment litigation involving wage and hour class actions and PAGA claims.
• Draft and argue motions, pleadings, discovery, and other litigation documents.
• Conduct legal research and develop case strategy throughout all phases of litigation.
• Take and defend depositions, prepare witnesses, and manage written discovery.
• Participate in mediation, settlement negotiations, and other alternative dispute resolution proceedings.
• Collaborate with attorneys and support staff
• Maintain regular communication with clients while providing strategic legal guidance.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of plaintiff-side employment litigation experience.
• Experience handling California wage and hour litigation and PAGA claims.
• Class action litigation experience strongly preferred.
• Strong legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to independently manage a litigation caseload while working collaboratively with a team.
• Active California Bar license in good standing.
