Plaintiff Personal Injury Associate Attorney

We are seeking an Associate Attorney to join an established plaintiff personal injury law firm. This opportunity is ideal for an attorney with 1+ years of plaintiff personal injury experience who is looking to grow within a fast-paced practice. The firm is willing to train the right candidate and offers the opportunity to work directly with senior attorneys while helping lead a legal support team.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle plaintiff personal injury cases and related litigation matters

• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents

• Assist with depositions, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation

• Work closely with senior partners and attorneys on case strategy

• Manage and guide a legal staff of approximately 10 employees

• Maintain strong client relationships and follow firm policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

• Active Nevada or Arizona Bar license.

• 1+ years of plaintiff personal injury experience preferred

• Strong verbal, written communication, and leadership skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel

• Excellent client service and organizational skills

Full-time positions offer in-office or hybrid flexibility in Las Vegas and remote or hybrid options for Arizona.

Arizona candidates may reside in Nevada or Arizona but must be licensed in Arizona.
