Plaintiff PI Litigation Attorney.

Full-Time / On-site.

The company is seeking an experience Plaintiff PI Litigation Attorney. Candidates should desire the chance to use their strong work ethic and legal competency to aggressively fight for the needs of their clients. The Key Responsibilities

· Try several cases a year

· Strategize and work with staff on litigation cases

· Work with management to establish procedures & standards to maximize case outcomes.

· Work with management to establish training & development paths for staff

· Work closely with management to build an outstanding litigation team

· Drafting/reviewing pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, demands, depositions, mediations, hearings, court appearances, and trial dockets

Qualifications

· Extensive litigation experience with successful outcome

· FL State Bar license

· Knowledge of recent trends and legal changes that affect personal injury practicing procedures

· Ability to be a team player & have a desire to positively affect those around you.
