About the Role

Join a dynamic team as a Planisware Configuration Specialist, driving the evolution and optimization of our enterprise Project Portfolio Management (PPM) platform. You'll leverage your Planisware expertise to maximize platform efficiency, streamline workflows, and enhance user experiences. Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Planisware modules, workflows, forms, templates, fields, and business rules to support end-to-end project management.
• Design and implement best-practice process improvements within the Planisware environment.
• Manage user roles, permissions, security settings, and governance controls to ensure platform integrity.
• Support system upgrades, testing, and deployment of enhancements.
• Develop and maintain intuitive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for portfolio insights.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting, technical support, and issue resolution for end users.
• Create training materials and facilitate effective user training sessions.
• Identify and execute opportunities to streamline workflows and elevate user adoption.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum 2 years hands-on experience configuring or administering Planisware.
• Solid background in Project Portfolio Management (PPM) platforms and processes.
• Deep understanding of resource planning, capacity management, and project governance.
• Proven ability to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience creating impactful reports, dashboards, and portfolio metrics.
• Ability to work onsite in Warren, MI or Austin, TX.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting enterprise-scale Planisware implementations.
• Exposure to large, complex organizational environments.
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project delivery methodologies.
• Understanding of project financial management and portfolio governance.
• Experience integrating Planisware with enterprise applications and reporting tools.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, PMI-PMOCP.
