We are seeking a dynamic individual to play a pivotal role as a strategic liaison between our internal customers and external manufacturing sites. This position is instrumental in the global planning and material management of externally manufactured and packaged products, ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining supply continuity. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain balanced volume, detailed, and material plans to optimize operations efficiency, inventory, and customer service.
• Create and manage Purchase Orders and SAP transactions.
• Lead improvement projects and participate in critical issue discussions.
• Build and sustain relationships to interpret demand and inventory requirements effectively.
• Identify supply issues proactively and drive planning activities and processes.
• Oversee quality assurance and customer issues, optimizing inventory levels and resolving mismatches.
• Communicate forecasts and priorities to external sites and collaborate across various teams.
• Manage inventory processes to maintain accurate stock levels and handle day-to-day supply issues.
• Support S&OP and business plan teams, ensuring systems are in place for new product launches.
• Track and report key performance metrics and maintain training compliance.
• Collaborate on digital transformation initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Supply Chain or Business.
• Minimum of four years of experience in Supply Chain planning or operations.
• Proficiency in SAP and MS Excel.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and operate across teams in a cross-functional organization.
• Proven ability to work across organizational boundaries through influence and negotiation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Preferences:

• Experience in master production schedule process and supply chain management.
• Demonstrated ability in scenario analysis and sales and operations planning.
• APICS and LEAN Certification.
• Flexibility to work hours accommodating US, EMEA, and Asia-Client schedules.
