The Planning & Scheduling Manager is responsible for development, maintenance, and analysis of the Integrated Master Schedule. The Manager, Planning and scheduling coordinates schedule activities across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and permitting organizations, ensuring all workstreams operate to a single integrated execution plan. The position provides schedule forecasting, critical path analysis and schedule recovery.
Minimum 15 years of planning and scheduling experience supporting major capital projects.
Demonstrated experience developing and managing integrated schedules for large industrial, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, life sciences, energy, or infrastructure projects.
Extensive experience with CPM scheduling, schedule forecasting, critical path analysis, progress measurement, and schedule recovery planning.
Experience coordinating schedule development across multiple contractors, disciplines, and project stakeholders.
Advanced proficiency with Primavera P6 and related scheduling and schedule analysis tools.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting pharmaceutical, biotechnology, life sciences, or other regulated manufacturing projects.
Experience in an Owner's Representative, PMC, EPCM, or Integrated Project Management Team (IPMT) environment.
Experience supporting large projects with multiple phases exceeding $500 million TIC.
Experience with schedule risk analysis tools and quantitative schedule risk assessment methodologies.
Professional certifications such as PSP®, PMP®, or equivalent project controls credentials.
