What You’ll Do

• Drive uptime by performing safe, cost-conscious electrical maintenance across production assets.
• Troubleshoot, repair, inspect, maintain, service, calibrate, install, and configure equipment.
• Own work orders from start to finish and document work precisely.
• Collaborate with operations, supervisors, and managers; communicate clearly.
• Diagnose PLC hardware issues; use electrical test instruments and interpret findings.
• Read and apply schematics, wiring diagrams, and other technical drawings.
• Apply NEC; prioritize tasks; multitask effectively under pressure; flex hours as needed.

Systems & Machinery You’ll Support

• AC/DC motors, motor controls, MCCs, VFD’s, electrical distribution (480 VAC)
• PLCs and automated systems
• Pneumatics and hydraulics
• Extruders, winders, packing/box equipment, slitters, center-folders
• Grinders, shredders, chillers, heat exchangers, conveyors, air compressors

What You Bring

• One of the following: 1+ year Industrial/Manufacturing Maintenance Electrician; OR 2 years trade/technical schooling in a related field; OR 4+ years Industrial/Manufacturing experience with solid electrical capabilities.
• Foundational mechanical aptitude; able to work solo, with a skilled trades partner, and within a team with minimal supervision.
• Ability to stand for extended periods; climb, kneel, squat, crawl; and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexibility to adjust schedule as needed.
• Knowledge of instrumentation/controls, AC & DC drives, distribution equipment, PLCs/automation, and OSHA-aligned industrial standards.

Pay & Schedule

• $31.09/hour starting, paid weekly.
• $7,000 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates (restrictions apply).
• Eligible for annual and skill-based increases, plus a monthly productivity bonus opportunity*.
• Shift: 7:00 AM–7:00 PM / 7:00 PM–7:00 AM on a 2x2x3 pattern, rotating quarterly between days and nights.
