  • Prepare the monthly financial reporting package, including sales and margin analysis and net working capital components such as inventory, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and capital expenditure.
  • Analyze variances and business trends, identify underlying drivers, and provide clear explanations and corrective-action recommendations.
  • Support strategic planning, scenario analysis, business cases, and financial evaluation of growth and operational initiative.

3 Closing, Controls, and Compliance

  • Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities within established timelines and with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with company accounting policies, financial controls, authorization requirements, and reporting standards.
  • Maintain effective controls over plant financial processes, including inventory, fixed assets, expenditure, revenue recognition, and balance-sheet reconciliations.
  • Support internal reporting requirements, internal control reviews, and the preparation of documentation for internal and external audits.

4 Costing, Working Capital, and Investment

  • Partner with Engineering and Operations on product costing, standard-cost development, cost updates, and analysis of material, labor, and overhead performance.
  • Develop and support accounts-receivable strategies and collection actions as required.
  • Monitor and improve working capital performance, including inventory, receivables, payables, and cash conversion.
  • Review capital expenditure requests and business cases, including financial assumptions, return analysis, prioritization, and post-investment follow-up.

Requirements
