You will architect and deploy cutting-edge maintenance strategies, including Preventative and Predictive Maintenance and Total Productive Maintenance, driving the plan to surpass performance benchmarks.
Key responsibilities include spearheading capital projects from initial conception to successful execution, securing adherence to safety, financial, and environmental standards. You will be instrumental in reducing operational disruptions and enhancing the capabilities of the plant with calculated and strategic improvements. As the torchbearer for the engineering teams, you will lead, inspire, and cultivate a culture centered around safety, robust communication, and performance excellence.
Essential qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related domain, alongside a minimum of 10 years in engineering leadership, with exceptions for those holding a Master’s degree and 8 years of experience. Proficiency in advanced technical competencies, a thorough understanding of maintenance systems, and adeptness in managing diverse teams in a high-paced setting are crucial.
