Own the mission: a reliable, efficient, and safe facility
Imagine this scenario: midway through the day in Mequon, WI, a production line reports a mechanical issue while a conference area is being reconfigured for a leadership meeting. You triage a troubleshooting plan, consult prints for a layout adjustment, and rally a service contractor for a quick roofing check before the weekend rain. If that rhythm energizes you, you’ll thrive here.
As a Plant Facilities Maintenance Specialist, you’ll support building structures, grounds, and equipment for a site serving 1,000+ employees. You’ll work on-site five days per week and report to the Facilities Supervisor. Your craftsmanship, judgment, and coordination skills will make an immediate impact.
