Plant Maintenance Manager

A food and beverage processing services company in Lincoln, NE is hiring a Plant Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance team and keep high-pressure processing (HPP) operations running. You will lead a team lead and 10 maintenance technicians and work closely with production and plant leadership to maximize uptime.

What you will do:

• Lead, coach, and train the maintenance team, assign work, and track quality and timeliness
• Keep HPP and plant equipment reliable and minimize production downtime
• Run preventive maintenance schedules and keep maintenance records current
• Troubleshoot equipment failures, find the root cause, and recommend repair options
• Audit equipment and facilities, including HVAC, electrical, security equipment, powered industrial equipment, and stationary equipment
• Keep spare parts in stock and manage maintenance tasks in the CMMS
• Deliver projects on time and within budget
• Build and manage performance metrics for the team
• Partner with the Plant Manager and production supervisors, and report to the leadership team
• Take on-call coverage as needed

What you need:

• 5+ years of manufacturing experience
• Experience leading a maintenance team
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
• Knowledge of OSHA and other regulations, and incident and accident prevention
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail and documentation
• Clear communication and the ability to lead and hold a team accountable
• Ability to handle confidential information and employee privacy
