Plant Manager

• Lead day to day production operations
• Manage all operational KPIs tied to efficiency, quality, safety, productivity, headcount and more
• Manage site level P&L and cost reduction initiatives
• Lead all Lean/CI projects - running with corporate directives but also finding new solutions
• Maintain plant certifications for ISO9001 and AS9100
• Align plant strategy with corporate and global strategy

• Salary range of $120,000 to $145,000 depending on experience and interviews
