Description - This is an exciting opportunity to join a stable and growing manufacturing company in the area. You will oversee the overall success of the manufacturing operations as well as ensure successful client relationships. You will focus on training and developing the staff, improving manufacturing processes, and the profitability of the site. - Past experience in a plant leadership role within manufacturing required
- Associates degree or completion of technical school/training required, bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and working with P&L (profit and loss) reports required
- Experience utilizing ERP and related systems required
