Required Capabilities:• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate teams across manufacturing and distribution functions• Proven track record of driving continuous improvement initiatives in both manufacturing and distribution• Ability to analyze and optimize supply chain operations, including material planning, inventory control and order fulfillment• Proficient communication and relationship-building skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners• Proven ability to make autonomous decisions based on a thorough understanding of business objectives• Demonstrated experience managing multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment• Experience managing budgets, controlling costs, and working within defined company processesPreferred Education and/or Experience:• Minimum of 5 years leadership experience in a wire and cable manufacturing environment• Experience driving continuous improvement efforts in both manufacturing and distribution processes• Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) in engineering, business, or equivalent
