POSITION TITLE: Plant Manager LOCATION: Tolleson, AZ DEPARTMENT: Manufacturing REPORTS TO: Chief Operations Officer (COO) Summary: We’re seeking a hands-on Plant Manager to oversee our integrated foam cup, paper cup, and lid manufacturing facility. Key responsibilities include managing the foam, paper cup, and lid production lines to meet daily volume and quality targets, optimizing the forming equipment to reduce scrap and increase throughput, leading production teams across all processes, maintaining strict safety standards, controlling raw material costs, and ensuring consistent product quality for food service customers. You’ll also drive continuous improvement initiatives, coordinate maintenance across both foam and paper equipment, manage inventory of resins, paperboard, and inks, and partner with sales and supply chain teams on scheduling and new product introductions. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership experience, proven success in plastics thermoforming and paper converting, a solid understanding of both foam and paper cup production processes, and a track record of improving efficiency, reducing downtime, and maintaining high quality standards in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
