Job Description
- Lead all aspects of plant operations, including production, quality, maintenance, inventory, and logistics
- Develop and execute initiatives that improve throughput, efficiency, quality, and profitability
- Establish and monitor key manufacturing KPIs
- Drive continuous improvement efforts
- Improve overall plant performance through waste reduction, downtime elimination, and process optimization
- Build, coach, and develop manufacturing leaders and frontline teams
- Partner cross-functionally with engineering, quality, supply chain, finance, and commercial teams

The Successful Applicant
- 5-10+ years of manufacturing leadership experience
- Strong background in flexible packaging manufacturing
- Printing process experience strongly preferred
- Demonstrated success implementing continuous improvement programs
- Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
- Proven ability to analyze operational data and drive measurable improvements
- Bilingual Spanish preferred
- Engineering degree preferred but not required
