What You’ll DoAs a Production Operator, you will support daily manufacturing operations while ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency:
- Operate in a high-volume assembly production environment
- Load and properly position components into automated machinery
- Monitor machine performance and ensure proper operation and part flow
- Perform changeovers to support production schedules
- Inspect parts visually and with gauges to ensure quality standards are met
- Make adjustments as needed to maintain production accuracy
- Support rework and continuous improvement activities
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Follow safety procedures and report equipment issues promptly
- Participate in daily team meetings and operational updates
- Uphold company values, ethical standards, and operational excellence principles

What You Bring- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read and write in English
