What You’ll Do

As a Production Operator, you will support daily manufacturing operations while ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency:

  • Operate in a high-volume assembly production environment
  • Load and properly position components into automated machinery
  • Monitor machine performance and ensure proper operation and part flow
  • Perform changeovers to support production schedules
  • Inspect parts visually and with gauges to ensure quality standards are met
  • Make adjustments as needed to maintain production accuracy
  • Support rework and continuous improvement activities
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
  • Follow safety procedures and report equipment issues promptly
  • Participate in daily team meetings and operational updates
  • Uphold company values, ethical standards, and operational excellence principles

What You Bring
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to read and write in English
