Plant Quality Assurance Technician (QA Tech)

Were looking for a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Technician to help ensure our products consistently meet the highest standards.

What Youll Do

• Perform product inspections and testing to verify compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Conduct color verification, aggregate sieve analysis, and other quality control testing.
• Identify, document, and communicate quality concerns in real time.
• Partner with production teams to investigate root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Lead daily quality meetings and communicate prior-day quality performance.
• Support and promote our Quality Management System (QMS) through accurate documentation and process compliance.
• Participate in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
• Conduct and support 5S workplace audits to maintain an organized, safe, and efficient work environment.
• Safely perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs., standing, bending, and reaching throughout the shift.
• Assist with additional quality and operational projects as needed.

What Were Looking For

• High school diploma or GED required; manufacturing or quality experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement.
• Flexibility to rotate to night shift as business needs require.
• English proficiency required.
