Opportunity

A well-established aesthetic plastic surgery practice in the Charlotte area is seeking a full-time, board-eligible/board-certified Plastic Surgeon to join an award-winning surgeon in a practice with more than 20 years of success. This is a rare opportunity to enter a defined partnership track with eligibility for partnership after 24 months while benefiting from mentorship, an established reputation, and a highly regarded presence within the community.

The incoming surgeon will join a thriving elective plastic surgery practice focused exclusively on aesthetic procedures of the breast, body, and face. This opportunity offers the ability to work alongside an experienced surgeon while developing a long-term career within a successful and growing practice.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Plastic Surgery residency training program
• Fellowship training welcomed but not required
• Board eligible or certified 
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in North Carolina
• Ability to obtain and maintain DEA certification in North Carolina
• Demonstrated interest and expertise in aesthetic plastic surgery, including breast, body, and facial procedures
• Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and patient satisfaction
• Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative approach to patient care
