Job Title: Manufacturing Associate
Location: Indianapolis, IN
Contract Duration: 12 months, with potential extension
Pay Rate: $17–$18/hour on W-2, no benefits
Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Associate to support the operation of robotic plastic injection molding machines in a 24/7 manufacturing environment. The individual will be responsible for machine operation, visual inspection, assembly, packaging, and quality checks to ensure products meet established quality standards.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Operate 1–5 robotic plastic injection molding machines simultaneously.

• Perform visual inspection of manufactured plastic parts to identify defects and ensure product quality.

• Package finished parts and inspect packaging materials for quality and accuracy.

• Operate automated loading and assembly machines as required.

• Identify, document, and report quality issues to the appropriate personnel.

• Handle small and delicate components carefully to prevent damage or contamination.

• Follow established standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety guidelines, and quality policies.

• Maintain accurate production records and perform basic computer-based documentation.

• Perform basic mathematical calculations related to production and inspection.

• Work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining attention to detail.

• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and quality requirements.
