Plastics Process Specialist, Associate-Plastics 3Rd Shift

Read and follow scheduleEnsure operators have everything neededAssist operators with questions regarding schedule, quality, ect..Mix material as neededAssist with color changesAssist with training of operatorsMaintain cleanliness throughout the departmentMaterial handling within the departmentRegrinding of scrapClean color pails and maintain color pail areaMake decisions regarding quality and other departmental decisions along with the Process Specialist (Seek Process Manager advice when needed)Largely focused on Operator training and development. Must be willing to train and teach operators.Provide Plastic's Process Manager and Process Specialists with feedback regarding the operation of the shift as needed.

.Minimum Requirements:

High School Diploma or Equivalent Preferred

Physical Requirements:

Working in areas where it can get warmWorking in a smoke free environmentActivities including standing, walking, lifting, twisting and bendingAbility to lift up to 50 lbs.Willingness to assist in any given area of the plant if your area is slow

This is a 3rd Shift positionHours are 10pm-6am Sunday night - Friday morningShift premium of $3.00/hourOvertime during busy season
