Join our team as a senior engineer responsible for managing and migrating data platforms to the cloud. This onsite contract position in St. Louis involves overseeing system administration and ensuring smooth operations and transitions. Expertise in a variety of technologies is essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and operate data platforms across multiple environments.
• Plan and execute migrations with minimal downtime and data integrity.
• Build and maintain infrastructure using automation tools.
• Establish monitoring and alerting systems for proactive incident management.
• Coordinate with application teams to ensure seamless integration and operation.

Qualifications

• 5 years in data/platform/infrastructure engineering.
• 4 years of experience operating data platforms in production.
• Experience with cloud-based data platform provisioning and configuration.
• Proven experience in workload migration with minimal disruption.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with multiple teams.
