Snow Plow Driver - Join the SnowFighters and A-Salt Team

Operate company trucks on residential and commercial properties. W-2 pay up to $35/hour, based on demonstrated skills and responsibilities. Two years of hands-on plowing experience required; five preferred. Overnight storm response and extended shifts are part of the job. No resume upload required.

Schedule and work arrangement

Report reliably to our Middlefield shop on short notice. Overnight availability is required; day and evening availability is preferred. Expect early starts and long, extended shifts during snow and ice events. Our response target is approximately 25 minutes to the shop under normal travel conditions; explain your availability.

Full-time arrangements may include shop work and routine maintenance during downtime. Continued warm-season employment may be available if you qualify for an open role.

The work

• Plow residential and commercial sites, place snow in designated areas, apply de-icing materials and hand-shovel or treat assigned walkways and entrances.

• Follow workorders, organize assigned stops and check completed work. Work independently within your ability; communicate delays, access problems and conditions needing help or a management decision.

• Perform pre-use equipment checks, report defects and care for assigned equipment within your training. Operate safely around people, traffic and property in changing conditions.

• Record service times, completed work and material use in company apps. Add useful photos and notes about conditions, damage, unfinished work and follow-up. App training is provided; accurate records are part of every assignment.

What you bring

• At least two years of hands-on snow-plowing experience; five or more preferred. Be ready to explain and demonstrate your own work.

• A valid driver's license and clean driving record appropriate to the assigned vehicle; dependable communication and judgment when conditions exceed safe operating limits.

• Ability to perform physical outdoor work, including shoveling and handling materials safely, without continuous on-site supervision.
