Plumber

Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures in both residential and commercial properties.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to plan plumbing system layouts.
• Work alongside contractors, construction crews, electricians, and other professionals to ensure plumbing systems are installed and functioning correctly.
• Use pressure gauges, hydrostatic testing, and other methods to test plumbing systems for leaks and malfunctions.
• Repair or replace faulty plumbing fixtures, such as sinks, toilets, faucets, water heaters, and pipes.
• Perform routine maintenance, including drain and sewer line cleaning, to prevent clogs or blockages.
• Respond quickly to plumbing emergencies or service requests.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a plumber or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications.
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and plumbing equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
