Plumber

High-Skill Drains + Light Plumbing (Built for Real Plumbers)

If you’re a plumber who knows drains but doesn’t want to be stuck running a cable all day, this role gives you range. You’ll handle drain and sewer work end-to-end, but also step into light plumbing jobs like water heaters and targeted repairs. It’s a mix that keeps the work interesting, increases your ticket size, and actually uses your skillset.

We’re looking for a strong tech who can diagnose, think, and communicate—not just execute. You’ll be trusted to run your own calls, explain options clearly to customers, and take ownership of the job from start to finish. If you take pride in clean work, solid decisions, and doing things the right way, this is a step up from typical drain roles.

Why This Role Is Different

• Not just drains all day — real mix of work

• Sewer diagnostics + fresh water jobs

• Autonomy on calls — trusted to make decisions

• Path into true Senior Tech responsibility

• Customers who value professional service

What You’ll Be Doing

• Deliver a professional, confidence-building customer experience

What We’re Looking For

• Solid drain experience required (snaking, jetting, cameras)

• Plumbing experience a plus (especially water heaters)

• Strong troubleshooting and decision-making

• Clear, confident communicator with customers

• Physically capable (up to 75 lbs)

• Valid driver’s license, clean record

• Team player who wants to grow, not coast

What You Get

• Strong pay with real upside

• Consistent, year-round work

• Training to expand your plumbing skillset

• No-nonsense, supportive team

• Clear path to Senior Tech and higher earnings

• Work that actually challenges you and pays for it

If you’re a plumber who wants more than basic drain calls and a place to grow your skill and income, apply now.
