About this Job
The Division of Administration/Office of State Buildings has a vacancy. This job title has an assigned pay grade of WS-213.
This position is responsible for technical and diagnostic duties in the repair, modification and installation of plumbing fixtures and plumbing systems and all gas in the buildings.
Leads maintenance repair masters, contractors, etc. on jobs dealing with plumbing issues in the buildings under the jurisdiction of the Division of Administration.
The Division of Administration is the state government's management arm and the hub of its financial operations. Division offices perform a wide variety of activities, including the following:
Minimum Qualifications
One year of the required experience for the following minimum qualifications must have been on-the-job experience:
Three years of experience or training in pipefitting, steam fitting, or plumbing.

Job Duties and Other Information
Job Duties:
Performs routine maintenance on all plumbing fixtures and gas apparatus.
Responsible for all repairs to plumbing fixtures, sewerage drains, and all grounds water device throughout the complex.
Performs highly specialized installations of new fixtures and plumbing lines.
Performs complex diagnostic analysis on hydraulic systems for all hot water, chilled and potable water systems.
Performs highly specialized installations of new gas appliances and gas lines.
Performs locates for the LaOne call 811 ticket system.
Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
